It's all a juggling act

Having three kids is a juggling act. Going from one kid to two kids was a walk in the park. I have two hands so could hold both kids. There are two of us so one of us to watch each kid while out and about. But three kids you are out numbered. We are constantly counting one, two three while we are out. Or saying big, medium, small. And between my schedule, robs schedule and travel for work and the boys being in school we constantly are figuring out who is going to be where and when. My schedule changes every 8-12 weeks and because of that it makes daycare and school interesting. Zach had school three days a week and Alex five days a week. Rob has work dinners and travels sometimes. So sometimes I feel like all we do is figure out how are kids will be taken care of. It's crazy for sure but it is our life. We have learned to roll with the punches and not take each other for granted. Now that the boys are older it is easier. Even with Addie being almost three things are getting easier. I know longer have to worry about her running through a parking lot or into the street. She knows the rules and follows them ( usually). I love our life as crazy as it might be it is what we choose. We have amazing kids and great friends and family that will help us when we need it. It's crazy but we have learned to juggle well.
